What started as a simple idea quickly turned into something much bigger, with multiple trucks, catering, private events, and backstage service at major music festivals. I helped build the brand from the ground up, leading the identity, messaging, creative direction, and launch as TOP NOTCH grew from a side hustle into a real business with room to keep growing.
